• Air: The flights were very good,. The crews on all three airlines were helpful, friendly and kind. The food and service on Air North was amazing. The Air North flights were pretty much on time, every Air Canada flight left late and a bit of confusions at the airports as the gates kept getting changed. Toronto Pearson was the longest wait. Lufthansa was also late, but eventually we got going. I appreciate your planning for lots of time between connections. I did not take a suitcase, just a carry-on and that saved me a lot of time as well.
• Trip in general: Trip was great. I learned a bit more about how airports work and I am so glad I speak French and English!
